Wonderful. Lost 8lbs first week. Works like ww but easier. I've built a list of repeat foods (I'm a mindless eater) so it's easy to log my calories. Always at hand so no excuses!

Once you program in the foods you regularly eat, the program is really easy to use and works very well.
