It has been so helpful for counting calories and exercise. Makes you so aware of just what and how much you are consuming. Would highly recommend.

This tracker is almost perfect, I'd like to see more foods added, but I can also do this myself which isn't that big of a deal. Highly recommend this app if you are trying to lose weight or trying to maintain where you are.
