11/20: This games needs an update! I’ve been playing this game for a few years and I haven’t seen any new clothing additions in a long time. How about a line of men’s clothing and have male customers in the store? How about making it easier to acquire gems or not have everything cost so many gems to begin with? Been playing the game for 5 years and I enjoy it. However, I cannot seem to expand my shop even though I have more than enough money. It just says I don’t have enough. Very frustrating. Takes way too long to accumulate gems, and some items require more gems than they’re worth. We should be able to change the clothes on our profile if we have them in our closet. Don’t charge us gems to do that! Would be nice if I could sort the clothes differently - for instance, buy type, like dress, skirt or pants. Or sort by time it takes to acquire them. When I want to put a 2 hour item in my store, I have to search through a lot before finding what I need.
Why I’m not getting my clothe slot

I’ve been playing this game for a while and I love it... my only issue will be not getting the slots.. I thought u get free slots for certain levels reached and I haven’t received any. I’m on level 90 and I have been purchasing them... ?

During Black Friday I tried to purchase a Paris suitcase for 10 gems. It took 20 gems out of my account and never gave me the suitcase. I messaged the people responsible for the game and they never emailed me back/ gave me my gems back... I wouldn’t recommend this game.

I LOVE this game! I have invested so many hours into it as it’s so fun. I just wish it would have an update. It makes me so sad it’s just abandoned. I know this review probably won’t change anything but if you do see this, please update!

I love this game so so so much! But the Gem prices are pretty “pricey” even though on sale. They don't give a lot of gems too. Please fix this, everything else is great!
