I have been playing for a while and haven’t found out how to create a new account even though I already have an account. How can I make a new account?

Love this game, but wish it had full screen support for newer devices like Fashion Story does. Please, please add this!

After a certain amount of time or progress, your shop stops making money. I’ve seen several people experience this problem and I’ve contacted support, they said, “ Unfortunately, we are unable to recover any currency lost in Fashion Story. We apologize for the inconvenience.“ Support ever solve any bugs anymore.
Great game!

The game is great! I really like it. Clothes are cute, as is the furniture. So why only three stars? Because in order to expand I need neighbors. I have a lot of coins and want to have a bigger store, but I don’t have “neighbors.”
Not really free and designed to cause accidental purchases by users

The game is fun but it paints you into a corner. You basically have to pay for it to progress, which I refuse to do. Their “gems” are painstakingly collected one by one. After collecting them for days waiting to expand, I accidentally clicked on something when swiping through decorations and lost 24 gems for something I did not want. The FAQ didn’t have anything to help. They just say to reach out to Apple for accidental purchase but nothing about accidentally using the money or gems earned within the game. My only recourse is to wait and do this all over again or pay to replace the gems. It’s so frustrating that they offer a “free” game that forces people to pay.
Y’all really ruin this game with advertisements

This game used to be good until y’all decided to ruin with ads every single time you go in the game. WHY! We don’t care about those games because they are also full of ads.

This game used to be FUN! Then you stopped making it fun! It has become so boring that a monthly visit reminds just me how boring you have made it!! How about revitalizing this game? I really feel bad for those that have invested real money in this game to only have you abandon it. Shame on you!!
Minor fixes

Overall the game is fine. However I think there are minor things that should be fixed. For one, there is an option where you can expand your shop by having a certain amount of neighbors .. but when you reach that amount, the option mysteriously disappears. This is very frustrating bc that is the easiest way to expand your store without having to spend coins or gems. It’s also a waste of time. Also, i think the game developers should add an “inventory” tab where all of the stored items can go. This is easier than opening the “design” tab and having to look for it. Idk it’s just a weird setup. Additionally, I think that the developers should allow players to have more options to design their character. For example , body type, height, eye shape, eye color, more skin shades, etc. But other than that, it’s alright.

I have played this game for years and have 2 problems. 1. Sometimes it freezes and I can’t get the fashions I have ordered. 2. I don’t like that the orders expire. I can’t always get to the game in time to get them. If I have paid for them, I should get them - they’re not fruit, the shouldn’t go bad.
