So I installed the app. Started using it and within a half hour it kicked me out and now I can’t even get back into the app. I had started talking to someone. Now they probably think i ghosted them. I emailed support but nothing has been done ?

I’m unable to verify my photos! I’ve tried about 10 times making sure my face is clearly visible and replicating the gesture. The only thing I can think of is that the software can’t register facial hair
