Don't expect to get a response from support for a couple if weeks, if at all. They couldn't care less.
Fun, but really buggy

I love this peaceful game, and have even spent money on the in app purchases, which helps a lot. But the game is inconsistent in its performance and I'm certainly not going to give them anymore $. And the tech support is similarly inconsistent. Today the problem I'm having is the game wont save. I spent about an hour doing lots of things, but when I launched the game later it hadnt saved. I keep trying, but no luck. So it's a 5 when it works well (which is at least 75% of the time), but I only rate 3 because of all the headaches.

The game has potential but the timers stop when you exit the game and the energy does not replenish unless you are playing it. You end up just walking around or leaving the game running to get things to progress. I don't have that much time to invest. I will not continue to playing.

I do really like this game however not many people play it and you use energy for everything, plus upgrading everything take so much it makes it sort of boring !!!!!

Pretty fun farming & crafting game. I would like to see an option to be a boy instead of a girl though, just to add more customization.
Love game, but...

Love playing the game, super fun, cute, engaging, and it's great how fast the energy regenerates even without paying money! But I'm not sure if it's because I got past level 30 or if it's a glitch but now when I remove little things like mushrooms and daisies, I don't get anything but exp points and maybe an energy, not twigs, mushrooms, flowers, etc anymore. Also, the order board is great, but 90% of the stuff on there I can't make yet in the came, and every time I start being able to make one or two of the options, the board changes its requests to even more advanced stuff that I can't make. But despite this, I've been glued to my iPad for the past couple weeks! Can't put the game down! Thanks!
Freezes while loading...

Since the June 17th (2017) update the game will not load. Gives "Error:2" & locks up during loading.... iPad Air 2

I tried it for a week and deleted it. At the beginning it's okay and the quest progress you along and you feel accomplished . But after you start to level up you feel like the progression slows down drastically and it became boring. I wouldn't recommend it but it'snt a bad game if you spend money on micro transactions but that's not my thing .
