I have nothing negative to say about the game itself. But if you’re purchasing any of the packages and a problem happens where you don’t receive any of the contents, don’t expect to get it resolved at all! I’ve emailed them at least 5 times about coocoos gift and one of the packages with Camilla, but still no resolve. It’s been two weeks since the last email saying we are still working on the problem and no emails or updates on the issue. All together it’s been nearly a month! How long does it take? But now it seems that they are just waiting for me to forget about it... this is a purchase and I’m expecting at least an update on if they can fix the issue or me needing to get a refund. That way they can at least say we tried but can’t fix the issue or something! Not pushing me aside and not even keeping your customers updated!

Overall, an amazing game, but has bugs, just lost my account because if this bug please fix. Thank you
