I played this a couple years ago then uninstalled it. i wanted to play it again but no matter what i do, i only have the option to play as a guest or make a new account, so i guess my stuff is gone forever. Thanks.

Lost account after an absence

Spent money and played the game for a long time. Lost everything because when they switched services I am unable to retrieve my account t. Horrible customer service. Don’t bother playing.Seriously they don’t care.
No update, can’t login

The game keeps saying there new update, but nothing on the store, can’t login can’t update at all

I can’t play because, of the update. When opening the app, a display message will say update for the latest version. It will bring me the App Store, I press open and it brings me right back to the original display message, to update to latest version. A loop. Please fix . Thank you.
unstable game, flawed

tried it on iphone 6s, ipad mini 2....game crashes frequently. customer service useless just tells you to reset phone or re-install game. also frequent patching >500 mb each time eats your internet if you don’t have wifi. this only happend after valofe took over. getting tired of this poor app performance.
Great game but VERY VERY Poor customer service

I supported this game 2 months after it’s released. It was without a doubt the most fun filled game I ever played and customer service was great BEFORE server all the transfers and before the game was licensed under a new company. I invested in it so much that it’ll sound absurd to tell you how much I spent for it. Right after the server transfer I had no access to my account and emailed the new developers (Valofe) to help me recover my account. After waiting patiently for 2 months I completely lost it. I gave up on them and my hopes of getting my account back. Not even ONCE have I heard from them back. With my things completely gone I’ve come to regret spending that much money on the game. The game was ran by far, better developers that cared and listened to their customers and players. It’s sad to see a good game go down hill when it was popular worldwide.
