Your support app is terrible. I was try to place a ?1.00bet on the Alabama game. It would not let me. I spent over1 hour of my time trying to figure out why. I logged in to the support 5 times so that I could speak with someone and each time the email came thru with no code. I feel that if im having a problem I should still be able to get help. It was obviously your problem and I can’t speak with someone. This should not be acceptable for such a large company. I want a phone number when I am having an issue that I can call and actually speak with a PERSON

I normally never leave reviews but this app or whatever this needs to so better! I am not interested in the least bit of whatever this is but I had an issue with unauthorized charges on my statement that over $400 in total. I called , emailed, chatted and got no help! A live representative isn’t behind this app. It’s a bot. No way to get through to anyone with out entering a 7-8 digit code from an email set BUT THERE IS NO CODE IN THE EMAIL It’s one sentence followed by NOTHING! I called many numbers NONE WORKED! I just needed to report this but all the app cares about is money. They don’t care if the money being paid is stolen or not abs they do absolutely!! Ridiculous!!! I don’t gamble and never knew what this app is until I saw it on my statement. My money was taken basically and nothing was done. They don’t care at all. Sad!!!!!

I signed up 6 years ago (but could never make a deposit or wager) to be notified if/when it became legal where I live. I just made a deposit and tried to make a bet with a new user promo and was denied because I’m already a user. Spoke with a few customer service agents. The first few sent me bad links or I got kicked from chat. The last agent told me the truth. I requested a refund. The deposit was instant - according to their site, it will be 7-10 days to get it back.
