I had an issue in an NBA Snake Draft. I do 10-20 of these a week. I do $109, $50. $25, $10, and even $5 entry fees. This particular issue was on a $10 contest. In the draft, I was down to my last pick. I was between Dennis Schroeder & Marcus Smart. I clicked on Schroeder and his Player Card popped up, I read the latest update that he might be subject to COVID protocols which basically made him questionable. If you draft a player who has already been ruled out then you can’t sub him. But if you draft a guy who is ruled out after you draft him then you can. After the draft I see Schroeder is Red and marked OUT, so I go to sub him and it would not let me. Upon contacting support, the agent told me that he was in fact marked OUT at the time I drafted him, but to that I told him that he was NOT marked OUT. He told me that unless I have a screenshot on my phone to prove it, then they won’t credit my account. I never asked for a credit, I just wanted to make the sub. The agent Donovan was very condescending in the chat and what I told him that I am a loyal customer who spends hundreds and hundreds of dollars of which Fan Duel gets 10%, he did not seem to care. All I got was that is the way it is and too bad for you, basically called me a liar. There is no way they could be wrong it has to be the customer. Sad deal over $10 and on Christmas morning too. I have wasted enough of my day on this. I will be withdrawing all my funds at the end of todays contests and going over to Draft Kings, maybe they care about their customers. All they had to do was either let me make the sub, the games had not started yet or credit me the funky little $10 and apologize for the misunderstanding.
