The missing piece from the IMDb app

A perfect supplement to the IMDb app which I use religiously. The ability to web on IMDb is 2nd to none (some of you know what I'm talking about). Did you just learn all this cool stuff about this new show or movie on IMDb and now you wanna know where you can watch it? Good luck finding it on there. Come to fan tv. They'll tell you all the places you can stream it. Hulu, Netflix, iTunes, roku, cable channels, premium movie channels... pretty much any on demand source. It's the best.

I love this app. I recently got rid of cable to save money and this app lets me keep track of all my shows. I can keep track of what episodes I have seen and what ones I still need to watch.

First-black background makes it very difficult to use. Second-the screen layout seems to have been designed by someone drunk or on drugs (or both). Third- the AppleTV app doesn't allow the use of the Remote app to enter the password. Could be useful but it's currently poor.

I tried this app on my iPhone, and on Apple TV. Searching on the Apple TV does not use the remote keyboard, which makes it horrible to enter names. Can't mark seasons as watched, search does not return results from all services. It is more efficient to search each app individually. I actually think the built in TV app works better, and I am shocked I am saying that, because it is HORRIBLE!

Update: basic features not working

I don't know which update made the app fall apart but the daily activity feed stopped working, months ago. I've had to start relying on getting the emails but even those are buggy...sometimes images don't load or they keep emailing the same programs as, now, being available. Just need the basic features to work so that I can quickly identify which shows and movies are available for viewing! I've started going into the individual apps to find programming. Ready to delete since FanTV is not convenient, anymore.
