Couldn't login-constant error

IBSuzyQ

Could not login at all. Came up immediately info already existed (even though I have never used this site). Then wouldn't recognize password change (tried forgot pass 3x to change to try & login). Kept coming up error. Just deleted app - garbage, guess you get what you paid - NOTHING

AppleTV app needs updating

wrmilligan

Ipad and iphone app works great but Apple TV keeps insisting that a forced update is needed but doesn't allow you to do so. Help! Love this app otherwise

Excellent App - Some Suggestions

Gratia Countryman

This has been a very good app for finding movies and TV shows. However, I would like to see the following services added: Fandor, FilmStruck, SundanceNow, TriBeCa Shortlist, Mubi, FilmBox Live, Docurama and SnagFilms. This would greatly amplify the ability of the app to reach Cinefiles.

Works for me

Bellewin

When I want to find out how I can watch something, this app tells me. It's exactly what I wanted.

Love it!

So easy to see where the cheapest or free site is before picking a movie!

Very poor customer support and basic features don't work

Streamskimmer

I started using this app about a month ago and set up an account. The app does not accurately show you when a movie is available to stream or view via disk from Netflix. This a core feature this app claims to provide and it does not work. I put several movies on my watch list that are available to both stream and get via disk and the app failed to list any of them as available. I asked for help twice and have been ignored for over a month by customer support.

Really love this app!

It's great for finding any TV show or movie and seeing where you can watch it. Especially useful when there is a streaming option. I wish the Apple TV version was a little easier to navigate but this is a review for the iOS versions and the navigation works pretty well.

Poor UI carries over to Apple TV

PaladinTom

Apple TV app is FAR inferior to WatchAid. This app needs a complete UI refresh. It is cluttered, and unintuitive to use, especially for marking episodes watched and adding items to lists. On Apple TV it gets worse. There is so much wasted space with tiny artwork. Very difficult to navigate. Lastly, there is still a HUGE issue that Netflix artwork doesn't display at all! The devs say it is because of licensing issues, yet every other competing app displays Netflix images. Notice there are no Netflix shows in any official screenshots. This app is still a pass for me. For tv shows, I now use WatchAid instead.

Wanted a tool like this

Phat Cookie

Gets the job done -- lets me know if there's a streaming service where this or that movie/show is available for free before I pay to rent it.
