Use to be great before recent update

I loved this app and have purchased several shoes because of the ease and it was addicting! Then I updated my phone and now the app doesn’t show my purchases, points or profile info. I can’t shop on it without that info so if it doesn’t get fixed soon I’ll have to find a new store to shop at. Maybe dsw?

Best app ever!!! only thing is that i wish you could save the shoes you want like a wishlist that way you wouldn’t have to go find them again but overall...GREAT APP!!❤️

Have the app. Tried to open it after update. Does not recognize my password and so requested code to update. Says code sent to my email x2 and still nothing received. Completely user unfriendly!!!! Pat D

This isn’t the first time this had happened - I go through the shopping process, but when I go to checkout, I can’t see any button to do so. I have to flip over to the website to complete the process. Extremely frustrating. Bad UX/UI.

They sent me the wrong shoes. Somehow I still had to pay for them in full, even though I don’t like the color or style. They only offered me $10 in coupons. What a garbage solution
Useless app doesn’t allow filtering for my size

App only allows filtering for up to size 13 making that function useless for me.

I ordered shoes on December 19th. They were supposed to be delivered December 30th. Since that date it says my shoes went to Champaign Il to Indianapolis IN. They have gone back and forth between these 2 cities NUMEROUS times. I still have not received them. It has been almost 1 month - still no shoes!I am very disappointed!
