Effortless shopping experience.

I keep having an issue when I go to sign in to my account. Apparently I got my password wrong too many times and it locked me out, but now that I know my password, I can’t log in. It says to reset the password and so I click the button and it says it sent an email to my email address. It’s not sending the email, my inbox is empty. I’m very frustrated that I can’t get back into my account.

Can not select more than one brand

I am not getting option to select more than one brand for search kids shoes.

Great app, just the filter feature drives me nuts!

I like this app a lot. It loads quickly, it is reliable, very smooth. However it drives me nuts that you are unable to select more than one brand at a time when using the filter feature.

I love the selections they carry. I also love if they don’t have your size they can order it and have it shipped to your house for free! This is my go to store for cute shoes!

The app works fine but it doesn’t let me scroll down to look at the shoes, I try to scroll but it won’t let me?

Signs me out every few minutes. Sometimes uses face recognition, sometimes not. Shows no items in my cart, then suddenly pulls up the items I’d added previously. Won’t apply a valid coupon code even though I met the spending requirements. Opened it in the store and even the manager could not figure out what was going on.
