The company is dishonest and refuses to process a refund. I’m on day 1 of my 3 day free trial and they will not cancel. They already charged my account and will not process a refund. DO NOT USE THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY!
This app is so helpful! It just has a few issues that COULD be fixed. Whenever my child presses the SOS alert button, the notification comes in 5 min. later. So it’s not that helpful. The app also glitches out the brings me back to the iPhone home page.(all of your apps). Over than that, app is wonderful!
I signed up for a free trial of their premium service. I immediately started playing with the service and found it did not have the functions I was looking for, so I emailed their support team to let them know I wanted to cancel the trial. Instead of canceling it, they tried to negotiate with me to keep it. I called their support number and reached someone from another country and come to find out they never canceled my trial. Today I received an email stating I would be charged for their premium service. Upon contacting support again, I was told that I will be charged but I can be refunded!! What?! No, I did what I was supposed to do, you cannot charge me now! I was told there was a malfunction with their billing merchant system and its out of their control. BS!! Reporting this to my credit card company now. These people are scammers.
They will bill you under a company fastspring.com even after you cancel. Then they will delay you sending you an email with "it takes about 15 working days to get back to you."
Doesn't work properly and will totally ruin your phone!!! No customer service responses so far. I've been emailing and calling( leaving messages) for days on end... should be removed
The time restrictions are no longer working and I, the parent, now have to manually turn off and on access to apps. The location isn't working either - it no longer alerts me when my child has returned home or arrived at school or anything. We were on vacation and for a few days it was telling me my kid was still in another state even though his phone was in our home. I am very frustrated
Purchased this app and it didn't work. Requested refund and the response I got was try it again. I did several times. After two or three emails they told me my refund was with billing and that it would process soon. That was over 2 months ago. Save your money.
