Broken app getting 403 error bad request error!

So I was researching a person it was going great til the app glitches says in red that there isn’t any records for the person which about 5 minutes prior it showed then I closed it out and went to reopen the search records tab on this app and I start getting this error “403 ERROR The request could not be satisfied. Bad request. Generated by cloudfront (CloudFront) Request ID: ZN0S-8LwF1mop8a7dhzisHiQSKJtF63x21ZQZUK6uD6eu4ZWJPEJ2A==“ I even forced it closed I tried this cycle for 10 freaking minutes and keep getting that error so now I’m stuck with a broken app...

Some really exciting new things I’m finding out. Changing facts are a little difficult. Like spelling of names or dates. I’m not a computer expert so still feeling my way through.
