The features that I was paying for (text monitoring, app control) only work on Android, and as far as I can tell it doesn’t tell you that until you’ve already paid. Very shady.

Had issues setting up. The troubleshooting documents are not correct or not clear. Updates are way to slow. Would never pull kids information. The does have great potential but currently the app gets a 1 star from me. ☹️

The app does not do what it advertised it would do. Says it would log calls and texts from IOS but it logs everything but those two things from IOS. Complete crap!

I FREAKING HATE THIS APP! My parents watch over me like hawk. Sometimes when I’m pooping, I take videos for future reference, and sometimes, I TAKE my poop out the toilet and play with it!!! And they watch my videos! They see my poop slither out from in between my BUTTCHEEKS! And sometimes, I MAAAAJOR explosive diarrhea, it’s like a firework, once I light it, I cannot stop it anymore. And once, I was SOOOO mad about your stupid-o app, I accidentally diareahed ALL OVER my new noodle maker! “Pew pew!” I erupted my volcano!???? now you better add a glitch to the app, or you will be licking up diarrhea from my BRAND NEW NOOOODDDLLLEEE MAAAAKKKERRRRRR

This is difficult and ridiculous should not be this hard to set up, I don’t like the fact they charge you before you know it’s not worth it

Don’t waste your money

Absolutely horrible. Don’t rely on the compatibility check on the website because it tells you your iPhone is compatible but fails to mention features like text message monitoring are not available for iOS. The app is slow and horrible and freezes every time you try to complete set up. No wonder it’s less expensive than other monitoring apps, you get what you pay for.

I purchased this with the understanding that it would work on iOS devices and not until the payment went through did I find out that that wasn’t the case. Contacted support numerous times and never received a response.

This app doesn’t monitor iPhones as promised on the website. They steal your money and won’t refund it

I downloaded the app and it crashed here and there but when it did work it was pretty good. Finally decided to purchase the premium version and now I can’t do anything. The second I go on it, it either freezes or crashes and kicks me out. Waste of my time and money smh
