Does Not Work With IOS/iPhones

This app does not work on IOS/iPhones so you cannot use the Photos, Phone activity or Apps sections. It says compatible in the description but all functions are not available as they would suggest. If you’re looking to be able to monitor an iPhone or Apple product dont get this app.

When I installed this app it caused problems on my son’s phone. Over the course of 3 months I was only ever to get information 4 times. The app is buggy. Their troubleshooting section doesn’t have enough answered questions to help. When I emailed it took a day or too to get back to me. Basically it’s easier to figure out how to use iCloud yourself to monitor your child’s phone rather than try to use this app.

Do not use this product. It does not work. Continually crashes and had to contact the company multiple times, and was told “just use the website”. Even then, data would not sync properly from the monitored device, had to contact support multiple times.

This was a complete waste of money. The data received was not very informative. My son left it on behind the scenes and used 5.5gb of our families 6 gb total in 1 day. Complete waste of money. $60 of a plan of data GONE. Do not waste your time or money purchasing.

I tried to use this and wanted it to work, but it does not work. It shows me inconsistent results, becomes unresponsive, crashes and always shows locations from hours previous. It never shows a current location.

I have is app and Life 360 for two different children. Family orbit is mostly inaccurate- doesn't seem to work properly and is difficult to navigate. Life 360 seems to work better and is free. I'll be canceling payment for this one.
