Keeps crashing.

Last 2 months has really been let down . Over 10 times keep getting locked out of game with a (UNKNOWN CHARACTER) I can understand 2 or 3 times but after 9 it gets very disappointing. Yes after a few days they fix it but why play n invest time n money if u keep getting locked out. After 3 yrs maybe time to move on to Angry birds or Simpson

Crashes at loading screen

I’ve been playing this game for a few years now, took a break, and was very excited to come back! I loaded the app, got into the game, completed the turorial, and then logged into Facebook and loaded my old save. The game proceeded to crash. Now every time I start the game, the loading bar stays at one notch for 5 seconds, then crashes. Please fix this! This game helped distract me through a lot of anxiety and stress in my life. I love it but not if I can’t even use it! Please! Might have to go back to the Simpson one… ? Two stars because I love the game itself so I couldn’t give it one, but being unplayable should.

Constantly crashing. It's too hard to get all of the characters and they don't give you enough time to do it. They need to make the quests easier and let us buy characters with coins.

I love the game however it should be optional if you want to play in the events. All that downloading and I don’t really like all the events. I just want to play without the extra events.

Don’t pay for anything just wait for the events to be over for example im not using real money at all just do what you can don’t let them get your money because this game is a flat out scam it’s so money hungry

Dev team isn’t patching glitches

This game hasn’t been updated in 3 weeks and is plagued with the unknown character glitch that makes the game not able to load and therefore unplayable. Why should I put any more money in the game if I’m not going to either have access to other worlds that I paid for or play the game at all? This is getting ridiculous
