Crashes upon first opening. Crashes while you’re trying to send characters to do tasks. Freezes when you watch ads. Freezes when you “send all for gold” - amateur developers make a terrible program.

Best part about the game is bashing the Chinese looking characters. I love making the Chinese looking characters disappear by bashing them in the head!

Any time there is an update, the app will constantly crash for about a week

Has been my go to game since it started, always update with new story lines, challenges, etc. now they have added quick buttons to the “go for the gold” character jobs. Constantly updating and making changes, making the game fun and engaging

This game was a lot of fun until it just keeps shutting down in the middle of stuff I wish you guys could fix that I love the game and have gotten pretty far but this is so aggravating I thought it would stop after a while but no it has gotten way worse so yea please fix this issue

I wanted to like this game a lot as I have been playing the yellow family for a few years. I don’t mind doing the quests but when you have one character that has the item and you have to do three 6 hour tasks to get one item. Same thing the past few days where I sent a character on 6 two hour quests to not get any items at all for the task.

EDIT: 10/19/2020 Was going pretty good for a while but big event means big crashes. It’s now to the point it closes before I can even do anything. EDIT: 6/15/2020 Back to consistent crashes. Saw there was an update, updated, reloaded game and crash. What exactly is it that the developers are doing? EDIT: 5/13/2020 Here we go again, constant crashing. Back down to 1 star. Haven’t been able to play more than a couple of days on this new event. Get your crap together please. EDIT: 3/29/2020 Seems the update has fixed the issues. Let’s keep it going. I updated to 3 stars since it is working again. I have been playing (and putting money into) this game since it first came out and this week it has absolutely become unplayable. You log in, manage to tap a couple of characters and it shuts down. When you reopen it, it’s like you didn’t do anything. This is one of the few games that I play everyday and the only app I’ve ever actually sunk money into. Like others have said, it’s to the point you can’t actually complete a quest without spending money. The “coins” are useless at this point so why keep collecting them. I’m maxed out, can’t earn anymore. I really hope this developer gets their head out of their rears and brings back the way it was when it first started. You’re going to lose a lot of long time players if this b.s. keeps up.
