Have you guys heard of QA and/out regression testing?

Have been playing these game for a couple of years now with just a few minor problems up until now. I updated the game about 2 weeks ago and now all of the sudden, I can’t even play it. I can hit play on the home screen then absolutely nothing happens, the game just freezes. I’ve collected a lot of characters on this game and really enjoy playing it. Fix?

I LOVE the game, but I am disappointed the update made it to where you don’t earn prizes for completing a collection. Unless you are lucky to get one that gives you 15 min of free play. Can you fix it to the way it was before?

When I first started playing this game it was funny even though it’s just like all these other games. I stopped playing for a while because you get more games and what not. The past weeks I went back to this and I’ve noticed how little rewards you get with anything you achieve. If you lose in a level it’s always by one move which drives people to buy coins. I get it, you built an app to make money but it’s so painfully obvious that you designed it to where nothing is in your favor and you get barely any coins for the money you spend. Like if you use the flaming bottle it will never ever hit the target it’s supposed to but will land on something it didn’t need to. In the boss levels, if you get punched it always conveniently takes away the rows with the most filled in boxes and somehow always has cascade affects that take away even more filled boxes.

I really like this game a lot it’s a lot of fun but recently every time I go to play the game kicks me off it use to only do it once in awhile and now it does it almost all the time. If theirs something you could do to help that would be great because I don’t want to stop playing this game.

Great game but there are glitchy issues constantly. I let most of the cheap, in-game problems slide because it’s pretty fun and I don’t mind waiting for another heart to refill... but this game is part of the billion dollar Family Guy empire- it’s kind of ridiculous it won’t even open.

What are y'all doin? Contacting inside app due to my missing rewards & inability to obtain my rewards from A craft ... Due to the fact I purchase boosters to assist .. 9 crafts NINE I have not gotten my rewards Only the characters or thing it's completed Please FIX & RECTIFY ASAP THXX

I was addicted to Candy Crush for years until someone showed me this game, I don’t even watch Family Guy like that but the colors, graphics, the storyline w/ the different characters and how they’re transposed into the game is hilarious and entertaining. The SOUND EFFECTS takes the cake as the best part, I’m on level 2887 and I hope the levels never run out!

Overall I love this game. I’ve been playing for awhile now and I’m on level 1557. However lately when I buy component boxes and craft characters I get nothing for it. It never used to be this way and now there is nothing to look forward to when I craft characters. I hope this is just temporary and will be fixed soon
