Not getting rewards

I love love this game but I am very unhappy with this latest update. I have completed collections and have not received any boosters. A lot of these levels need boosters to complete. I have more collections completed but scared to redeem them because I don’t want to loose out on rewards. Please tell me you are working them.

I haven’t been getting any of my rewards after completing my collections. This has been going on for the last few updates. It doesn’t seem like they’re getting fixed. I want to receive my rewards after completing the collections. Please fix this issue.

i have completed about 10 collection challenges and haven’t gotten boosters or rewards from any of them, which is really annoying considering i give you guys MONEY on this game. please fix. i’m not redeeming anything until this gets fixed

I used to love this game but there is so many issues with it. I’ll start to play then it just goes out and back to the home page. Then when I do get to play in the middle of the game it completely stops. Again it goes back to the home page. I keep deleting it to hopefully fix the problem but nothing.

I hate to do it, but I I’ve contacted the developer twice today because of problems with a couple of ads either freezing the game or closing the game. I followed all the instructions about being sure the app is up to date...and it was! Sad...

I apologize for giving you all a 1 star before. I was just extra salty that day I was in line at the DMV and the game kept not loading up and this is the only game I play on my phone. I appreciate whatever it is y’all did to fix that glitch. Five out of five for me. ??

I love this game but recently ive started getting nothing when I complete the little task costume things and that’s not cool that’s the whole reason to use the uranium to buy things please fix ASAP!!!!

I played this a couple years ago and was addicted. I picked it back up this week cause of quarantine. They have these free boxes that allow you to play with unlimited hearts for 15 minutes every ten hours. Lately, when I click the claim button, I don’t receive them. It’s annoying, because I’d like to keep playing the game, but I run out of lives and have to wait. Overall the gameplay is fun. 3/5.
