I have now sent 3 emails to "Support" in regards to the app and the lack of response is unacceptable. Of the reviews I've seen, it seems I am not the only customer being neglected on the support front and I am absolutely livid! I've just tried submitting my expense reports for this entire past year and, come to find out, I can't actually do that without paying a $5.99 subscription fee! Why was this never specified? The most I have found in the app description or the webpage is a vague suggestion that "it also offers in app purchases for continued use of all of the features." There is no mention of a "subscription" being needed, or what that subscription entitles the user to. Twice on the "Features" page, report exports are mentioned; there is NO mention of a subscription in either instance. On the "FAQ" page, under the question "How do I submit a report?", again, there is NO mention of a subscription being needed. If I'd known all this upfront, I never would have wasted my time with this app! This is entirely too deceiving!

This should be advertised with $5.99 price on the app. It is miss leading because you have to pay to print or send you expenses???? Can not change wording in category or delete.

After awhile of searching and trial and error: I do believe I have found my pick for favorite app-tool for everything the devs have pictured and stated that I’ve found to function nicely and which I’m whole-heartedly counting on and a enjoying as a fan too. I don’t think anyone’s going to be disappointed with much ado to complain given the value and abilities this app empowers you with.

I don’t know on the basis of what users are giving reviews. This app only stores data in the app. There is no backup option. If the device is stolen then all the data is gone with it. I guess all reviews are paid.
