I have been playing this game for a long time and two updates ago everything disappeared! Everything I purchased with real money, all my progress. Do not get invested in this game.

My game keeps getting erased and starts over. It's getting really old really fast.

This game keep crashing all the time and doesn't work anymore. Time keep frozen. Please fix it. Thanks for the attention. The game is great but keep having some issues and bugs. What happened with the crimson poppy flowers keep saying that they are withered but can't find them. Please fix it. Thanks for the attention. The game was going great, until the last update. All is return thanks, but I have a little problem with the Druid's Oak is frozen I can't build it please fix it. Thanks for the attention and keep the good work.

So where is the "Shop of Miracles" that the new update says is available? Can't find anywhere... Maybe it's invisible.

August 31 update lost all progress, 4,800+ gems, expansions, everything gone. Sent support request email. The support has been great in the past. It took a few days but my game was restored completely. Very pleased.

Game went back to beginning and I lost everything!!!!!

After this last update, the game went to the very beginning, I've been playing this game for years and was very far into it and now it's back to level one, what the HECK is going on?????? I've invested so much time in this game, had a lot of everything you could collect and now it's all gone!!!! I want my game back to where I was!!!!!

When the new update took place- I lost everything- it went back to level 1 for me. I CONTACTED THE SUPPORT TEAM-- it took a couple of days, but EVERYTHING WAS RESTORED TO EXACTLY WHERE I USED TO BE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THEY GOT ME BACK TO LEVEL 21 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This support team WENT ABOVE & BEYOND TO HELP ME OUT!!!!!!!!!!! Thank you support team for EVERYTHING THAT YOU DID FOR ME TO HELP ME OUT!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You are PHENOMENAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I think it's ridiculous that I have to spend actual money to purchase gems for any expansions. My farm is now too small for any of my quests because I need 100 gems to buy the next expansion but yet I have close to 100,000 coins to use. Is there any way that you'd fix this? Most games I play let you use coins you earn not real money to expand.
