I downloaded the app because I wanted to test out what the hype was about. The app stated that it would not charge my account until AFTER 24hrs if I haven’t cancelled my subscription before then. I used the app for maybe TEN MINUTES and decided I didn’t like it. I cancelled my subscription so that it would not charge my account. However I get an alert on my phone stated that it charged my account 35.99$. I WANT MY MONEY BACK NOW. SCAMMERS. Give me my money back. I read the rules and regulations properly and I was not supposed to be charged within 24hrs if I cancelled my subscription before the 24hrs were up. I cancelled it my subscription within 10 min yet I still got charged. SCAM. GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK.

I downloaded the app today but after a few hours I deleted the app. Will I be charged anyway. If so, I’ll need to put it back on since I’ve paid for it.

I use this app almost EVERYDAY, I find it essential to edit my professional photograph. Due to the fact that I use it so often I’ve noticed some bugs and defects, for example, when I want to crop a picture, after I do it, and want to use another feature, the app freezes for a moment, this is very annoying. Something similar happens when I want to use the darkroom feature. Also, when I’m using the “paint” feature, the options for the colors are right side of the picture, so when I want to color the background, it becomes difficult. Also, it crashes sometimes and I loose all my progress. Overall, this app is great, it has so much potential, I definitely recommend it, but it would make me 100% if y’all were to fix these issues, Thank you so much.

No matter what you need to do with a picture Facetune will be your go to app! This program is incredible! I have never opened the app and not got the results I was looking for for the most part I walk away with better results than I expected! I love Facetune and I am so thankful to the amazing group of people that made it what it is!!

Love all the features! but can you please make it to where we can choose a custom color when changing our backdrop, rather than choosing from the presets

When I open the app it takes me to this photo of an African American lady and it’s stuck at this “Retouch” interface and it won’t let me choose my own pictures to start editing. Somethings wrong.
