Charged me twice

I signed up for the VIP and then went back into the app and it said I didn’t have a VIP subscription. So thought maybe it didn’t go through so I signed up again and now I’m seeing 2 charges on my statement?! It’s a super expensive subscription as it is and now I had to pay twice the amount

It was worth the shot of you trying to convince me to buy your stupid monthly subscription on tools that USED to be free be blocking the option of screenshotting edit photos so with that being said BETTER LUCK NEXT TIME XOXO concerned your money hungry app DELETED

i struggled to find an app including reshape and the paint feature for a long time, still maintaining good quality. facetune2’s free perks were great and i recommended many friends the app. However, the new update got rid of these features rendering it useless to me now. deleting this app after 3 years! :)

Before the update the retouch features were completely free, now you have to pay for it?? No thank you, i am deleting the app off my phone.

By the way before you download this and waste your precious storage, you have to pay $70 to unlock most features, including retouch. Everything costs money now. There's only like two features that are free and they're useless. They made the most common feature.. retouch... a paid feature!! You can't even screenshot the photo anymore. If you try to screenshot it, it tells you nice try but you have to be subscribed. Like wth? Anyway ig y'all are getting your bag but ain't nobody paying $70 to retouch their photos BYEEEE :|

I used to really like this app and found it very helpful, regardless of the certain features that I wasn't able to use on the free version. Then they decided to make the paint feature only available for members which was a decision that made me frustrated with this application. When you use this app, the paint feature is by far the most useful. Without it, there's not much you can do in my opinion. Taking away this feature was a decision I do not respect because Facetune, like many other applications, only cares about your money. I do not recommend purchasing this app if you aren't planning on paying for the membership.

I’m very disappointed, I used to use Facetune 2 religiously and was absolutely in love with the app, however, with almost all of the good features now unavailable unless you’ve purchased the package- it’s really sucky. I’m highly frustrated and I don’t believe me or any of my friends will be using the app anymore- I wouldn’t recommend it anymore.
