Just What I Wanted

I’ve wanted to buy either a space shuttle simulator game or an aircraft carrier game for a while. I don’t mind if I had to pay for it. I finally looked around and came across this one. The reviews (which didn’t seem like they were b.s. or written by friends or family), were pretty good so I ended up buying this last week. After making only one landing out of my first 25 attempts, I can fly this thing but it will take me time to land this safely. I’m glad it is difficult because I didn’t want to be bored so fast. I’m hopelessly addicted to it and make myself stop playing. The only thing I will never get is the technical terms in the help section. I understand some of it, but I’ll have to read the other stuff a few dozen times before it sinks in. Besides, there’s so much going on just trying to fly straight that it would be impossible to take all that data in.

Love this game and it is soooo realistic. I only wish that they could add more to it? I’ve had this game for so long and although it has amazing graphics and mechanics, I do get somewhat bored after doing it over and over. Maybe have new game modes or just something else? The last update was 3 years ago so hopefully that will change soon.

Great graphics, BUT...

This game has great graphics, but there is not enough to do. When you stop on landing you can replay the flight, it gives you great graphics, and a movie view of the shuttle. Though, all you can do is land Shuttle Atlantis.

Big was of money! The App Store ad shows the shuttle approaching from space over the desert. The only landing available is over Florida and it starts at only about 5,000 feet up.

Needs update

At one point this was the best space shuttle sim. Now it demands updates to keep up. It seems as if good game trends have come to a hold. This game is a bit old but has amazing graphics compared to what’s coming out in the App Store. 4 years since the last update is quite disappointing.
