I have continued problems getting Freedome to honor my paid subscription. Their Help and Community are worthless. They blame Apple but my records are in order there. They just took my money and ran.

Have been using Freedome and other f-secure products for many years and very satisfied. Used the VPN in many countries and always have good connections. Technical support is very responsive to questions and have never been left waiting for a chat representative. Highly recommend.
Slow and unreliable

At first the app was great! Connected fast and didn’t slow down internet speeds at all. About a month in the app would take 30-60 seconds to connect. I would have to turn off the VPN, close the app and then turn it back on for it to connect. Recently I upgraded my phone and now the App will not let me sign in and I paid for a year subscription. Tried to rest my password but it will not send me an email to reset password. Lost about 6 months of use of the VPN. Just not reliable

I purchased the program to improve computer security while on my computers or my phone. I have encountered a couple of sites that seem to treat you like you are up to no good because of hiding behind a VPN.
Freedome and the latest iOS are not compatible

With the latest iOS updates, I am not able to turn on Freedome in my iPhone X because the when it is “ON” the phone immediately goes to LTE. Before I knew this I talked to a genius and apple ended up giving me a new machine, only to come home and have the same problem again. Then I noticed the conflict. I called and spoke to Apple, and they will look into this but Freedome also needs to do something about the incompatibility. I just renewed my subscription to Freedome....
