Very impressed with this service. VPN services can be glitchy and can interfere with apps, and I haven't experienced any issues at all since I began using this. Battery consumption isn't too bad; I have a lot of apps on my phone that use a lot of juice and the VPN hasn't seemed to make much of a difference there. The tracker feature is very informative. Some of my favorite and most-viewed sites are the biggest offenders here and it's been quite illuminating. All in all - great app and service. Will be renewing my subscription.

Really like this app, and haven't had any issues with it. I dearly miss having a VPN that will auto-connect based on network, though.

This vpn does exactly what I want it to--it quietly sits in the background and works. I'm happy with its performance, and am very happy that my frequent use of airport and coffee shop wifi is not out in the clear for the world to read. My only complaint is that once in a while, I get a screen from Google wanting me to prove I'm not a robot (I guess because lots of people are hitting Google from the same VPN exit point.)

I don’t know how else to get a hold of F-secure as they definitely offshores their customer support and it’s barely audible. When updating to ios 11.02 yesterday, the VPN icon does not appear in the upper left corner as it used to. This only works when on Wi_Fi. Apple just confirmed this is not related to their update and there is nothing in the apple forums. @F-Secure. Can you please investigate this bug?

I have this on my iPad and iPhone. For some reason the VPN keeps dropping on my iPad but remains connected on my iPhone. The interface is nice indicating the protection it provides. Do not know how to test if it is in fact working.

With any VPN service like this, you’re going to run into some occasional issues, but I just have fewer problems with F-Secure's VPN service. And when the KRACK WPA2 Wi-Fi vulnerability came to light, I had few worries since all my iOS, Android and Mac devices were already running this VPN service.
