Can’t connect to device

Can’t connect using the QR code, Bluetooth, or manual WiFi. Can’t connect to WiFi on my new MiraScreen. When I manually connect, it says my password is incorrect despite copying what was on the screen over and over again. iPhone 11 Pro, running iOS 13.3 Edit: Was able to connect for the first time after manually inputting WiFi password in the devices IP address (type it into your URL bar). The device works with my iPhone but does not work with ANY streaming services (Netflix, Hulu, Apple TV) because it isn’t an authorized product

I had ordered the MiraScreen dongle. It arrived quickly. Couldn’t wait to use it.. Hook up was easy, I downloaded this app as the directions instructed,.... Nothing! This app is useless! Can’t get anything to come up. Although my phone by itself recognizes the dongle, and I was able to mirror a couple of videos I had on my phone, (videos were a little jumpy),but nothing else works! No streaming channels, no movies! Not even regular networks! Not sure if I should return the dongle and just delete this app...

There is no button on this device, why do developer replies say press button for airplay? I am hoping that EZMira is as simple as it looks, because the directions provided for the device are incredibly confusing and do not explain what is actually being done, obviously written by folks not that familiar with English. This app should be the way to hook up easily, and the device should be the right way to cast, but we’ll see, won’t we, and I will edit my review then.

Despite showing it is connected to my Wi-Fi, I cannot get any live broadcast to cast to the dongle. After multiple attempts, I got an old android device and it immediately connected and worked fine.

Constant adds. Can’t pay to opt out. Constant crashes. Device constantly freezes and needs to be unplugged and rebooted. Junk app, junk device. -5 ⭐️

This is the worst app, I bought the dongle connected it, and it only displays my phone, and plays a few vids, but other then it doesn’t display any of my streaming shows, and it just freezes or there’s just audio, terrible app and device.

I waited two days before submitting a review to get phone support to resolve. The app kept popping up the Chines language. I hope the CCP is not using the app to spy on Americans like they do with TikTok.
