Channels cut off

Channel 4&5 come in but when footballs games come on channels cut off

The app worked well before the latest update. Since then most channels are either "encrypted" or "no content" when they worked well before. Reinstalling the app didn't fix the problem, and neither did rescanning channels. I'm using iPhone 5 with latest iOS update. We paid $100 for this and it is not working for weeks now. Fix it already or at least push an update that will revert to the previous stable version so we can use it for its intended purpose! It's been weeks!

The app works fine. The device is so so. In the Los Angeles area I only get 5 channels. The channels are Fox11, NBC4, 30, Mex34, and T52. I don't know Spanish so I only watch Fox11 and NBC4. The coverage is great outdoors not so great indoors. I'm getting a better antenna hopefully it will improve coverage indoors. The device definitely isn't worth the $90-$100 it's going for unless all you watch is Fox and NBC. Also I forgot to mention the signal is transmitted by means of the DyleTV and their channel selection is limited. So buy at your own risk. If the better antenna doesn't work, I'm returning the device.

fix it now before i return it! eveytime i use i must activate it! very annoying! i knew the chnnel selection would be limited, but i'm houston,tx and we get four channels. fox, nbc, cbs. for this to become a killer device. dyle needs to do whatever it takes to get contracts signed... otherwise, they will disappear in 6-12 months like flotv!

This product apparently does not work with the most recent iOS update, 6.1.2. Besides the disappointingly low number of channels the antennae brings in, it only works on my devices with iOS 5, total bummer. Awesome idea, poor execution. Save your 100 bucks until they perfect the software. More stars if this company will update their software.

I live in San Francisco where I have excellent reception of approximately 30 stations using a old set of rabbit ear antennae from an analog TV. This thing gets two channels. I know what is available where I live. If EyeTV had a manual tuner it might be worth a look, but until the app has located my stations in a scan, they do not exist. Add a tuner to the app or withdraw the product until it works

I brought the device Eye TV Mobile...so I won't miss any Giant Baseball games on my regular TV. Now, I received your product, and download the apps. System of the apps work, and the scanning channels. It is a really a disappointment . Only 3 station. I change different location ..to see if I can get more station. Even on top of my roof..sigh.
