Paid for Insurance for a flight, flight was canceled, didn't recieve a refund or the chance for another flight, expedia got 800 bucks free..never again!!

I have been a customer for a long time, and always had someone from Expedia taking care of any issues I have experienced. There are always unexpected issues with travel, weather, hotel condition etc. Expedia never let me down!!!

My account was used to book a hotel and the hassle I had to go through is sickening!!! The worst company ever. They don’t verify before using individuals information. This leads to identity theft!! Company need to be completely investigated!!!

Worst app ever!

I can’t fee confirmation, I can’t take any action from this app. Why are you forcing me to use this when k want to view all my information on your regular site. Absolutely insane they if someone shares the itinerary with you, you can’t even see any important information related to your flight - like say a confirmation number or record locator. Worst experience ever. This app alone would make me NOT purchase any travel from Expedia in the future.

I’m so upset with Expedia! When I arrived at my motel near Garden of the Gods CO they had no reservation book by me on Expedia and I had a reservation number. Then I get to Glenwood Springs CO and the had my paid reservation through Expedia but the place was a dump and the room had blood on the bedskirts. Disgusting! I couldn’t get a refund because I booked through Expedia. I ended up losing that money. I got a beautiful clean room cheaper just across the street. I’m never using Expedia again or refer anyone!!

My wife and are frequent vacational travelers, around three trips a year. Two years ago we did a world trip and all travel, hotels and car hire was done through Expedia. We haven’t been let down once and will continue to use this site.

App works ok except for when I click on a Hilton hotel. Every time I click on a Hilton hotel, the app freezes up.

Trying to change my return flight and you have to go Thur 2 more different 3rd party vendors to used your insurance which is not guaranteed it’s a headache and jump Thur bunch of hoops for your own money the insurance they offer is fake it’s worst than car insurance

I’m constantly having trouble logging into my account. I’ve reset passwords,I’ve deleted accounts and tried recreating them. I’ve called customer service and they don’t have any answers or tools to help correct the problem. At this point I’m done trying with Expedia I just have to find another option.
