After trying for about 3 hours to set up a simple event, I give up. This app freezes on my iPad Air. It opens pop-up windows and then won’t let them close. I tried to set up a custom event and got locked on the screen asking me to upload an image, but clicking or touching the spot to upload didn’t do anything. Every time this happened, I had to uninstall and re-install the app. That, of course, meant starting over to set up the event. I’ll stick to the web version.

Can’t even RSVP to an evite invitation. Continually get an ERROR message: “ Unable to RSVP Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. “ I’ve tried again later.... later, everyday over a 2 week period and still the same Error Message. ??♀️

I like the purpose of the app, bad functional design. You have to wander around until you find what you need. The paid version may be better but the free version doesn’t warrant buying the paid. I get that ads come with free but the way they display interferes with the navigation. Hope springs eternal…

I have been in contact with support and they are slow and incapable of fixing the problems. Disappointed. Downloaded a competing application and using that one moving forward.

Yikes, the recent update broke a feature where you cannot rsvp on number of heads. This app becomes completely useless

This is a great platform, but the app needs serious work. It’s constantly crashing (with no updates available), invites do not make it to recipients when sent from the app, etc. I will continue to use but from their website platform.

I just went to do a Super Bowl invitation and encountered problems that were irritating and certainly shouldn’t be part of some thing for which you paid $14.99. 1. When you go to fill out the details for an invitation on an iPad, you don’t see the full address displayed on the invitation before it’s ready to go. Then you notice that they printed in very small type that it will appear when the invitation is emailed. This was still bothersome because I was going to text out the invitation. 2. I included a message page on my invitation because I wanted to explain to people how to order their dinner ahead of time. However, when the message arrives, the person seeing their text message doesn’t intuitively understand where they have to click to see the message or that there is even a message there. 3. You also can’t protect yourself ahead of time by sending yourself the invitation to see how it will look. This is because when you open your invitation it opens inside the app and you don’t see it like one of your guests would.

I made a really cute invitation for my baby shower, but I haven’t sent it out because the app is so frustrating. I cannot get the host name to show up on the invitation, and any pictures I upload say they fail, and the app crashes on me.

This is one of the easiest apps I have come across. From setting up my invitation to my guest easily RSVPing and participating in the poll and contribution for my virtual event. I had an issue with my card and was able to use a different card. Reach out to customer service who quickly rectified the issue. Highly recommended and affordable service and support for your next event!
