How can you not edit the people invited or their information (email address)? The lack of these abilities makes he app nearly worthless. A 9th grader could make a better app.

What is it with these iPad apps that display in portrait only? I need to type information into the invite, that requires two hands, and my iPad is designed to sit on the desk in LANDSCAPE mode! That's what the Smart Cover does. It's done that since the very first model. I'm typing on my iPad right now, berating your app, because I can type easily in landscape mode with my smart stand implemented and the iPad resting safely on the table in front of me. Stop with the portrait only mode,that's plain stupid.

When I finish it will not create the evite. Gives me an error message. Checked all settings, fields, etc.. Modern invite apps such as Hobnob let you create full graphics text messages. Much more convenient.

Since this involves a lot of typing, please recognize that many of us use our iPads in landscape mode!

the app tries to steal contacts from your phone and won't let you add guests unless you agree to give up your entire contact list on your phone. user interface very difficult to tap on certain buttons without accidentally giving permission to steal contacts. avoid this app.
The ultimate in digital invitations

Evite is a great app, I love to have all my party planned and organized on a single app! Even after my events, I have a memory of all that happened, the messages and photos are all there. Love it.
