Malfunctioned on multiple levels

I last used this app a couple of years ago and it worked great. But now it’s terrible, both on iOS app and online. Wouldn’t allow me to upload a photo into a template that required it. Won’t give me a view to show what it actually looks like, including Zoom link. I finally gave up and just hit Send, but then had no way of knowing if it actually went out or not (it hadn’t). Very disappointing because I loved using Evite before.

Do you think you guys can create baby showers themes? For ex: Halloween baby shower... I’m actually planning one this year and I would love an invitation created.

So many improvements since I last it, love the mobile and device app makes it so much easier to coordinate and keep up with the event. Love the photo sharing option and so much more!

App Keeps Crashing

The apps keeps crashing so I can’t update my evite or get to the point of being able to send it out

People Won’t Accept

Recipients of invites HAVE to create an account that corresponds to where you sent the invite, so if they want to use a dummy account for such things -to avoid spam in their real account- it doesn’t work. People don’t want to risk their info for a “party”. It’s a fail.

Stopping and shutting down

Since this last update it continues to spontaneously stop and close completely out.

Adding Photos

Can’t really get the adding photo. Shows the Camera at top, but unable to scroll to add photos on the IPad version of this.

Only got 2 stars bc the animated invitation was cool looking. App not easy to use, makes external links to invitation so your invite looks like spam. I bought 14 or 15 invitations and only got together use 12 bc I didn’t send them all out In the same day. Either use free feature or use your money on a better invitation app. Do not buy.

Most people don’t view my invitations

Evite should say From: so and so, most people don’t open a text or email if it’s from a random number, ive used evite for multiple events and each time over half the people invited never viewed the invitation. They thought they got a spam text so they never opened it. Wish it said it was from me or my name on the text so it’s easier. Other then that it’s great.

My daughter received her Bachelors Degree from UNLV and was scheduled to graduate in May of 2020. Unfortunately, due to COVID-19, it didn’t happens. Therefore, I decided to give her a party at home and wanted to reach my family and friends in and out of State immediately. My daughter created the invite in minutes added the details, uploaded her photo and it was ready to be sent in multiple ways. I love this app and will continue to use it for every future event. Not to mention is saved me so money in stamps, time and addressing the envelopes? Evite is the only way to go❤️
