Keeps “restarting”

I don’t know what the issue is but for the past few months the app seems to “restart” and always go back to the tutorial page. Normally I don’t mind except this time it removed and cleared out my scans I didn’t get a chance to upload! I really liked this app and now I have to move elsewhere to ensure my information doesn’t get lost.

So glad I did as it served my purpose. I scan rarely and didn’t have to pay a monthly fee I couldn’t justify.

This app does a great job making your hand held scans look like you scanned the items on a real scanner. And it's amazingly fast too.

I have been using this app for almost 5 years now. I have used it to scan documents and save all of my old receipts. It has worked perfectly, and I have never had a problem.... until today, when I opened the app and everything I’ve ever put into the app has disappeared. The app says there is nothing to restore, even though I had thousands of things saved. There is no way to contact an actual person to try to resolve this issue anywhere on the website, and the support pages are just a maze that doesn’t actually give any answers. Today you’ve lost a loyal user.
