Functionality includes:
• See your events in Day, Week, Month, List views. Now also a Year View for iPad devices
• Create new calendars for different tasks or people, each with a unique color
• Set day background colors and/or images
• Add multiple event alerts
• Invite contacts to your events
• Mark events as complete using custom colors
• Create multiple event repeat rules including complex rules like 'The 4th Thursday of every 2nd Month'
• Print the month, week and day views in landscape or portrait using AirPrint
• Cut or copy and paste events to other days and optionally edit them before pasting
• Calendar support for local, iCloud, Google, Exchange and Yahoo! Any calendar that syncs with the device can be used and displayed within eventium
• View event attachments
• Split view support on compatible iPads
• Do you have spam events? You can long tap on them and Delete As Spam
• Subscribe to external calendars for public holidays, sporting calendars and other important public dates

Way better than Apples calendar

No matter how carefully I enter start and end date times, again and AGAIN if I’m working on end times, the start time changes to match the end time and vice versa. I do this slowly, carefully, mindfully, and waste more time trying to correct the app’s errors than I can even estimate. And yet I consistently get app updates, improvements to bugs, etc. ☹️

All days are shifted by 2 or 3 days after this latest update. Until it’s fixed I can no longer use it. I’ve been using the paid version for about 3 years. It’s useless now.

I use this every day, both as a memo diary and for future events. You can add as many words as you need and they don’t disappear.

See day's events even in month view. Set color for events. Far and away my favorite calendar. Unique features including marking events 'Done', and cut/copy/paste of events is very useful. Vertical month view is amazing. Only 4 stars because I had trouble with its Task option (paid for it and eventually stopped using it) and Support totally ignored my requests for help. Support sometimes is quick with a solution for a problem, but other times just doesn't happen. Still, this is the calendar app that I use all the time on iPhone and iPad. Get it and pay for the advanced calendar features.
