The app keeps crashing and asking me to open it again. After three attempts I still cannot enter a booking reference.

App is very easy to use , I booked family tickets for London to Paris and back through Travel Agent. and I downloaded App and enter the Booking reference number and every details popped up. Amazing App.

Eurostar app for mobile phones is really a big help for the Eurostar customers. Everything including the travel tickets, the seat selection, as well as other amenities on the trains, are at the customers’ fingertips. No need to carry hardcopies of the tickets or other related information.
