Great app! The crashing issues are resolved.

So I’m literally obsessed with this app. I got it to buy slimes, and I’ve bought many, but I’ve found myself buying other items too! I’ve only gotten scammed one time and I guess I should’ve seen it coming because the person was offering an 8 oz. butter slime for only $0.50, which is unreasonable. My shipment came a month later and it was very hard without adding any activator. Almost a rock. Anyways, the only reason I’m giving four stars instead of five is because of the single predictable scam and that it’s kind of annoying to find certain shops. I wish Etsy would introduce an option to look up shop names instead of item names, because it takes me way longer than it should to find shops I see in YouTube review videos. But overall I would definitely recommend this app!

So difficult and in-convenient

This app is the most un-simple and un-convenient app I have ever used. Takes so long to post something and asks the most ridiculous unnecessary questions about the item before posting. It requires to put info in that doesn’t matter or should need to be put in, in order to post. I design apps and develop the products. Get better guys, this is ridiculous.

Deleting the app

After it send me a loud text reminder at 3:45 am to let me know that I had items in my cart that I did not check out. That’s just obnoxious and annoying.

So I got the Etsy app this year. I was just starting to use it and I bought a bookmark from a store. I tried to get a refund from the seller but she denied. So I contacted Etsy. They have the most possibly worse customer service in the world. Everyone I talked to was extremely rude! Then at one point Stephanie from customer care said, “we will no longer will be dealing with you”. It’s your choice to get an etsy account but I wouldn’t recommend it.

Cannot link to shipping

Every time I purchase something through the app it is unable to link with any of the shipping information. I have to copy and paste the info into the carriers site, if I even know the carrier. It’s been an issue for months now and makes retrieving items frustrating to monitor - especially after a recent USPS issue and wrong delivery.
