Have a few problems with iphone 6. App notification count is stuck and when I try to close a ticket and add comments, they keyboard blocks the send/submit button. No response from support :(


Recommended but still need to improve

Overall everything works well, it would be good that corrected the problem that look bad characters from different languages ​​into English. In my case tildes (áéíóú) and the Spanish ñ character.


Smells stale but still works

App interface feels dated, can only close not resolve tickets, and I've yet to get a push notification despite setup. App has not been update in a long time but still works and fills a need I have for mobile ticket management. Can't really complain, just feel that the app should get an overhaul for iOS 9 era or go free and settle in the Stone Age


Don’t buy this!

I’d give it zero stars if possible. Purchased the app and followed all the included instructions. Had nothing but problems from the start. Contacted support and received notification of a support ticket. It’s been 48 hours and no further contact. I’ve updated their support ticket as I worked through the problems on my own. Don't have them all resolved. Still no response from support. If they aren’t going to support their app then they don’t need to charge for it.
