NOV 23, 2017 ++++++++++++++++ Lost my access to Freewallet 8 days ago. Freewallet Support Team is deliberately prolonging the process of recovery my money. 50 email sent and received and Support Team still advising me to check my WiFi!!! What a dirtbags! IF U WANT TO KEEP YOUR MONEY - STAY AWAY FROM THIS THIEFS AND SCAMMERS!! DO NOT EVEN THINK TO USE THIS APP. Apple was contacted twice about this fraud- and this App is still available for download “exclusively” from the Apple App Store! Apple simply told me that they are not responsible for the third party applications. Meanwhile, Freewallet scammers continue to rob the Apple Customers!! UPDATE. DEC 07, 2017 ++++++++++++++++++ Still doesn’t have access to my Freewallet Account! Freewallet “Support Team” sent me four requests for the very same transaction information. Freewallet still playing their unlawful game. Holding my $6,000 and on all my daily emails playing stupid, like they just received my first request and our 100 emails correspondence doesn’t exist. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAMMERS!! SHAME ON YOU APPLE FOR SUPPORTING THESE THIEVES ON YOUR OFFICIAL WEBSITE!! Why this Freewallet Scam is still freely downloadable on Apple Itunes App? Why Apple is still facilitating these unlawful activities and allowing Freewallet to rob Apple Customers?? DATE Dec 12, 2017 ++++++++++++++++ Still have no access to my money. Freewallet sending me ridiculous excuses and repeatedly asking for the same information again and again. It’s been over three weeks since I requested to resolve my access issues. So far I lost about $4,000 and counting. ++++++++++++++++++ Stay Away from these Scammers. Left me without access and were ignoring my emails for over three weeks. I lost approx $4,000 in trade, which very conservative number. If it wasn’t my complaints to Apple, Google and others - would have still freaking out about my money. STAY AWAY FROM FREEWALLET IF YOU WANNA KEEP UR MONEY.

Stole my Ethereum, Please Don’t Use!

It's a long story... I sent 2 Ethereum to a lottery website based on a Smart Contract and it sent back some of my Ethereum, the problem was that the lottery site sent the Ethereum to the same exact address that I used to send the Ethereum initially to it (wallet shared service address). I thought that was fine since this is a wallet, it would use the same address to send and receive Ethereum, but I was WRONG!! The address you send from is owned by these app developers and it holds everyone's Ethereum, it’s called a “Shared Service Address”. This company could resolve this issue quite easily by sending my Ethereum to my personal address, but they won't. So now I'm out 2 Ethereum (Around $600). I will consider this Ethereum stolen unless they can resolve this issue. I will update this review when/if that ever happens. They keep confusing my case with some “token issues” that they are having. Also they can’t give back Ethereum to the real owner because and I quote from freewallet team, “Please wait when we are able to launch the technical possibility for refund.” There are a lot of wallets out there. I recommend you use one where you have a unique sending/receiving address. This wallet has one or two main address that everyone shares together. I’m sure I will be waiting many months, possibly years If I ever get my Ethereum back :-( Update 12/17/17: These app developers still have my Ethereum Update 12/19/17: Response to app developers: These are only Eth, no special tokens...Well I hope to one day see the funds, all I can do is wait :/ Update 12/23/17: Still shows 0 Eth in my wallet Update 12/25/17: I checked the app, my balance still says “0 Eth”

Update: I have my ETHs back and was able to transfer them to a different wallet. When the wallet works it is nice. But it is just not reliable. First message: I‘m not able to transfer ETH out of my wallet. First transfer failed and second is stuck since 2 days now. Support does not answer any question.

Tokens received , can not get them

My wallet received some tokens , you check the etherscan and you see them there but because freewallet has no private keys , you can not access them to pick them up. They have no add button either no add tokens so they have no customer service either. So i really do not recommend this wallet

I think Freewallet is doing a great job with all of their different crypto wallets. Just drop the fees down a bit for lower amount transfers and all would be great.

They have scammed me for over $4500 and somehow keep getting my reviews removed When can I have my money back scammers? It’s been 9 months. Give me a date, not an apology. UPDATE: I have finally received my funds after 10 months. They have cost me thousands of dollars. Support is rude, arrogant and some the worst support I’ve ever received. Stay away from their products. I’ve also filed complaints with FinCen, the FBI and Interpol. If you’ve been ripped off by these jerks, I’d suggest you do the same. If your looking for a start on cypto, like Me don’t use this wallet. I just received 20$ in (btc) bitcoin and only ended out with 8.62 cents. You do the math. No profit here. If your looking for a wallet to use that isn’t there to abuse the community then i suggest Jaxx or exodus.
