Awful, claim functionality

Esurance customer rear-ended me. Claim department directed me to this app. What is wrong: 1. Clearly not enough testing, for instance, if android phone sleeps while taking VIN photo, the phone needs to be rebooted or app’s busy spinner never clears. It was a huge waste of time until I figured this out. 2. Camera never focused on odometer. Out of frustration I decided to snap the photo anyway and let esurance see how crappy their software works. It wasn’t until I pushed the button to take the photo did the camera finally focus. 3. When taking the four corner views, a green check mark appears. Nowhere is it clear that you need to press the green check mark to move to the next image. I hope you never have an accident. If you do, I hope your responsible party does not have esurance. And if these things should happen, that esurance does not make you use this crappy app. ☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️

Doesn’t let me delete a vehicle. Also couldn’t file a claim with photos. You have to call and wait. Works great if you want to pay your bill.

i’ve been a loyal esurance customer since i got my first car at 19! after the years go by & switching cars etc. i always chose esurance as my #1 car insurance because they are so affordable & easy to use thru the app or web! i’m glad i found esurance when i did thru tv commercials, i’ve never chosen any other car insurance because this ones my go to & i recommend it to anyone & everyone i know! thanks for being great esurance!

If you want any information it won’t help you. It’s very basic. You’ll end up emailing them your questions and probably won’t get a response. Rates jump with out notice. Just a horror show.

The app with Esurance is amazing. I had to get a new email and phone number. When I tried getting my info switched over I was turned over to the live chat in the app and it took a total of 5 minutes max to have everything switched and taken care of. I got a new phone and it took almost 4 days to figure it out to be able to even access my phone acct info. I tried live chat with it and never got a reply. Thank you ESURANCE for making my experience truely easy
