Good Luck attempting to get them to help you

I was in a fender bender with one of their clients well over a month ago. I filed the claim. What is next is mind boggling. I called them numerous times to discuss my claim, which no one answered and I left several voicemails to them to call me back, which they never returned. Their claims adjusters, Matthew Cunningham and Bryan Bailey, claimed to have attempted to contact me by email and phone numerous times , which they never did, (I have documentation from my phone records) and said I was the one not responding to the them. After 2 1/2 weeks of attempting to contact them, I had to go through upper management to finally get one of those two on the phone. Finally after talking to them, they claimed they had the wrong email and wrong number for me to what may be the reason why they weren’t able to reach me. (At the time I figured this was the cause but others in their department have had my information correct the entire time, which leads to skepticism). So I went with their protocol and took pics of my car and submitted it to them. Two and half more weeks go by and I didn’t get an email or courtesy call from them. I call Matthew and Bryan back, which coincidentally my calls go directly to voicemail again and they never returned them. I had to speak to upper management AGAIN, and ironically enough Bryan picks up after never picking up the entire day. He sends me to Matthew and I’m asking what is taking so long? They respond with there was no proof of the accident and have to deny the claim.....EVEN THOUGH THE OTHER DRIVER FILED THE CLAIM AS WELL. This company is a bunch of con artists. If you desperately need insurance by all means, talk to the guy around the corner. You have a better chance of him helping you out than them.


Poorly designed app!

Whoever created this app didn’t think it through. For example, it wants me to take photos but my car was towed to a body shop. I have pictures I took on my phone, but it won’t let me upload the ones I took. Like so many apps, it could be so much better with a little planning.


Dont expect anything good from this company

Don’t expect professionalism from them, they behave brutaly with drivers, ones they talk to you on the phone they won’t answer your phone and emails, their estimate is less then 1000$ of their deductible whatever damage is in your car, also their officials are so rude and uneducated and irresponsible, So Good Luck and be prepare for bad news.


If you have claim handler Quinarda Kidd you got big problem.

First of all how this poor service company deals with Uber ?!Horrible and unprofessional service you can find. Quinarda Kidd one of claim handler with attitude.She can have 3 vacations and you still gonna wait for her to process your claim.One star for her its too much.


Uber does not pay for customer damage

Uber passenger slammed my door into a curb bending the door, so I went through the claim process. Got transferred a million times and needing to respond to emails and random phone numbers. After everything I am brought to the point where I have to pay a $1000 deductible to repair my OWN car. Even after I saved a video clip on my dashcam of the passenger acknowledging he damaged my car and the sound can be clearly heard. Do not bother wasting your time with this insurance. Meanwhile that passenger gets to keep slamming people's doors into curbs and walking away scott free :)

For me is Uber driver: A day:200 mi x 0.039= $7.8 A month: 30x7.8=$234 A year: 234x12=$2808 $2808 is more expensive then my personal insurance. But when I had accident with my trip (hit and run), I got a lot of questions from this group without payment. So long and long time until now. I, my family, and my friends are Uber driver not use this insurance anymore. My opinion: Save money to repair our vehicles by ourself is better. Don’t hardly. Don’t waste money to them.

My car was hit in the back while driving for Uber, reported the incident and supplied all information requested. Estimator did his thing and insurance (Uber’s) denied claim because damages were lower than their deductible, my claim is not towards Uber’s insurance, is for rentals drivers insurance. That’s why I gave then drivers info, to claim their insurance on my behalf. I tried calling to get a direct explanation but no respond by phone or emai. I decided to deal with other driver insurance my self.


No option for submitting report for second incident!

This app will not allow you to submit a report if you already have a previous incident report on file . Once you log back in to submit the new report the app message is : Sit back and relax you are all done with no option to submit a new report impossible to do it it needs improvement.
