Even after update reports Bluetooth detection problems resolved VERY ERRATIC CONNECTION. FIX IT idk why I’m paying for this cr*p!

I’ve been using this Escort Live app since it was first introduced. Worked reasonably well although ‘swipe’ features have never worked with any of the 3 iPhone I have had over the years. Software is often not operational due to problems or maintenance. Users are not notified at all unless they call customer service. Slow to react to cellphone equipment and software updates. I have reported these and other problems numerous times but nothing seems to get corrected. If this continues I will cancel my subscription and settle for using WAZE!

Very much just a wasted effort on Escort’s part. I get so many speed trap alerts, I don’t know where they came from, but can’t delete them. Haven’t been able to link Live to my detector ever since I sent it in for some updates. It’s a waste of $50 annual fee if you ask me. I won’t renew it when it expires.

The concept behind this app is great and if there is a large enough customer base on the road then its quiet awesome but what I have found over the years is that the customer base is too small or becasue they charge too much for the Radar Detector. 1. I havent been able to get the bluetooth side of it to work for a couple of months - it is intermitent to say the least. 2. If you have a GPS and using this app then you are in trouble if your using "Direction of travel" as UP on the display versus Traveling North on the App on your iPHONE. Ive told upper management about this back when they first came out with the App and as of today - it still doesnt work right. Over all I would give this app a 2 but I would give the Radar Detector a 4.5

... The app will no longer connect to my Passport by Bluetooth. iOS 11.1 connects to the Passport just fine. But the Escort Live app does not see. Worked fine prior to iOS 11.

I have a state of the art Escort detector and pairing this with the app was innovative. Great job whoever came up with this APP.

Return your detector and get a refund!! This is tantamount to false advertising. Failure at this level is amazing in today’s world. There is more than enough opportunity to update your application and ensure support for your customers. Any company who chooses to screw their customers will no longer receive my business. I’ve owned 6 escort radars, and while their hardware is great, failing to support an advertised feature is unacceptable.
