Well, I was a first time shopper with EricDress. I had a really bad experience with another online store. However, EricDress sent to me exactly what I ordered. The items were just as they appeared in the photos! They even enlarge the photos (lower on the clothing items page(s), so that you can see the details. There's a clothing "size helper", for each item, for purchase. They try pretty hard with demonstrating clothing items colors.

Purchased 3 gowns for wedding photo shoot and dinner reception. In order to ensure a perfect fit, I provided the measurements my tailor gave me. I was worried how the gowns would turn out since it was my first purchase with Ericdress, but I still went ahead and took the risk. I was pleasantly surprised how the gowns fit perfectly on me and I used two of the three gowns on my wedding. The wedding photos turned out amazingly gorgeous. The clothes looked exactly like on the website after having them ironed. Money well spent! I'm excited to explore the casual wear for my next purchase!

I have received the dress for my mom and she did love it too much. At the beginning, I am not sure if this site is good enough to have a try. However, I took one chance and tried it with smaller order. It proves that it is a good site definitely. I think I'll have much possibility to use it again in the near future and will also recommend to my friends. Also, If you try the app at first order, U'll enjoy a big discount. Well done promotion.

Worst site ever took 3 months to receive my dresses and the size is way off dresses look nothing like the pictures tried to return it its been 2 moths they wont give me the return address they keep telling me wear it you will like it. What a great costumer service now they wont return my email so im stuck with all these dresses and my friends they ordered at the same time STAY AWAY

Every review on here is a lie I’m 6’1 245 I ordered an 3x in a jacket and I can’t even zip it up the sleeves are way to short also. I ordered the jacket on November 7 today is the 29th and I’m just receiving it if you go on the ERICDRESS website I’m pretty sure you won’t see my review along with the pictures I uploaded. I think they’re doing the reviews themselves.

I order three outfits at the same time and two of my items arrived. I had to search my email just to aware me of not receiving one of my items was sold out but when I ordered the item it never mention being sold out. So I payed for a sold out item and plus when they talked about replacing it I still had to pay shipping for something that wasn’t my fault. Plus I still haven’t received my item yet till this day. Plus they don’t tell you the clothes run small cause I ordered a large but in reality it was a small. I wouldn’t tell anybody to use this app.

This site and its app is a lie(should be categorized as a scam) none of the items the ship out even matches what is shown you when are buying the item. Shipping the item takes at least over two months before you receive it or even receive it at all. Customer support is nonexistent. I would stay away from gettin anything on this app or from the website entirely.
