I’ve had a good experience with this app. Any issues have been me needing the items by a certain time and getting them close to when I need them or a little after. I’m a female who wears men’s clothes, the sizes are smaller due to being from Asia but a medium shirt fits slightly snug so my next shipment I opted for large sizes. I would recommend buying shirts and shoes from here one pair of jeans I ordered were not good quality but the shirts and shoes are a good deal. The good reviews are not all fake but I can see how some orders may fall through the cracks but they do offer discounts and refunds if they’re out of the product.

Never ever ever ever again will I do business with ERICDRESS. I placed my order on May 26 and it’s June 16. They gave me a weird tracking number I entered it in this website and it says it was delivered already on June 11 to a different city. So now I have to call my post office to see what’s going on. This stuff comes from China, I’ll never ever ever do business with this company. This is why I only buy local. This is why I don’t use apps like Wish, I thought this company would be different. Do not buy anything from here it takes forever and I didn’t even get my order and it tells me it was delivered to an address in a city 15 minutes away from me. And doesn’t even say where! I used to look at all their clothes and thought this would be an amazing partnership but no. This happens. Stay away!

Placed 2 orders totaling $250. Sizes are way off, material and workmanship is horrible. I’ve contacted them through many channels, email, website, and they won’t honor returns nor will they even answer you. Horrible. Pay more from the states and buy from a trusted retailer. Buyer beware.

I placed an order over a month ago and it’s still saying preparing...I advise people to stay away from this site...I have made two more orders since I messaged with someone and they said due to the holidays...that is bogus..I’m scared they are going to try and keep my money. All ) of my items still say preparing..I got one sweater that took two weeks and that’s all. It’s sad because the clothes are cute but I won’t take anymore risk on them..stay away from this site!!!!!! I also want to come back and add yes they are a quick and easy purchase but it is far from quick and easy to get your thing. Just for the record I still haven’t received my things.. the orders are saying shipped some of them anyway but that was after I kept complaining. My fiancé been asking for a refund for his order and he still haven’t heard from them on that. He can’t even leave a review.

I bought 3 dresses for my daughter’s wedding on March 12, 2018 > 10 days passed, NOT SHIP YET!), and March 15, 2018 > 7 days passed, NOT SHIP YET. It was only 1 dress shipped on March 13, 2018! The others 2 dresses “Saying: PREPARING”. Please! Please! Please ship my others 2 dresses to me ASAP, because I really need it to wear those (Dresses) on my daughter’s wedding day.

ERICDRESS is a scam I ordered my prom dress and they said it was preparing for the longest so I tried and called the phone number but it kept being busy and I had a live message with the customer service and she said my dress was suppose to be in in but it never came ??‍♀️ the dress is still quote on quote preparing . It was a hot sales so it sold out first of all WHY did you sell me a sold out dress ? DO NOT I REPEAT DO MOT ORDER FROM THEM

Worst website to order a dress from. I wanted a refund and they said they couldn’t even give me half the amount I paid for. they never got back to me on how I was able to send the dress back. Very disappointed

I recently ordered from this site and requested express shipping on an order. I was hesitant after reading a few bad reviews but I was trying to honor the last request of our teenager. After placing my order I was told I had to pay an additional 36.15 to expedite me order to just provide a transaction ID from PayPal to show I paid. I did as asked. I sent pictures of the transaction, I spelled out the transaction ID for them on three different occasions after being asked 3 different times. Then after all that they still told me it was likely my order wouldn't make it on time.! I REQUESTED MY MONEY BACK AND THEY JUST SAID THEY WOULD TRY TO GET IT TO ME IN TIME. DO NOT ORDER FROM THE SITE!

This company really needs to get their shipping together. This is my second order experience with this company and the shipping is just as horrible as it was the 1st time I ordered. April 14th will be an entire month for me waiting for a pair of jeans I ordered March 14th? It’s ridiculous when there are way better online retailers that can get me my item in 5-7 business days standard. This I’ll be my last purchase with this company. Please learn how to use your profits to better enhance your company like IMPROVING YOUR SHIPPING METHODS. How many bad reviews is it going to take? And the only resolution you can provide is a measly 10% discount ON PURCHASES OVER $49! This site is a joke. As if I would spend 49 cents on this site only to go through the same exact shipping problems? I think not. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR ITEM IN 1-2 MONTHS!! ??

Never order from Ericdress- It is a scam! 1-They are based in China, 2- You cannot speak with anyone 3-I order something on feb 9, that I needed for march 23 and it still have yet to arrive!!!!!!! 4- They took my $320 and I have yet to get it back.... Stranger Danger —/ Stay away fro this site!
