My character was deleted after I spent money

I was in a mission and my phone died while playing; I thought nothing of it, put my phone on the charger and hopped back on later when it was charged. I logged on only to find that my character who I had spent $15 on, had been deleted. I was surprised when I found out that the only way to reach the support team was to message them on facebook, which I had to download the messenger app to do. And yes, I had connected my character to Facebook and Game Center prior.
Really want to play this but it crashes

Love it this is finally a questing game that’s worth playing, probably has some issues but who cares I’m having fun and you will too!!!

To Whom it may concern, This game is by far what I’ve been waiting for. I’ve been highly disappointed in companies like Blizzard for not being proactive and making WOW for Mobile. It’s companies like you guys that have made this a possible experience. Thank you for creating a game this game is actually really good I thought I was going to be disappointed but I’m not I’m highly impressed. If you love World of Warcraft you will love Era of Legends for mobile well designed and it’s smooth. Honestly this is a must try for all Warcraft veterans. I am very motivated. I was hesitant at first when I saw Era Of Legends and world of Kings but I downloaded both of them. Check this game out !

I recommend this to everyone this game is really really good it’s almost like world of war craft you have to grind for your gear lvl up and do dungeons and you don’t have to spend money to compete with pay to win players.
Another fail mobile mmo

First of all let me start by saying. Why do they always ask for a review when you only play the game for 20min if is the only thing I will be doing for the rest of the game.l. Such a mess... The game is completely replica of other mmorpg mobile out there. The same interface, non feeling of the environment, the combat system is generic, auto path everywhere, you feel alone. Don’t waste your time and money on this game.
