My character was deleted after I spent money – Era of Legends - Shadow of War Review

I was in a mission and my phone died while playing; I thought nothing of it, put my phone on the charger and hopped back on later when it was charged. I logged on only to find that my character who I had spent $15 on, had been deleted. I was surprised when I found out that the only way to reach the support team was to message them on facebook, which I had to download the messenger app to do. And yes, I had connected my character to Facebook and Game Center prior.
