Freezes then crashes on open

Not sure what they did to this app but after years of using it, it's now freezing immediately upon opening then force closes. I've tried this on two separate devices with the same result. Used to be a sound tool for my practice, but its no longer a viable option, will no longer pay if desktop is the only format that works.

I am paying for the premium app but currently I can’t access it. Customer support is by email only and response time is slow. It’s been four days and still no solution. Price is fairly high for this poor level of support.

This is a great application. I have been using this app for over 10 years and I find it to be indispensable in my field of medicine. I have the paid subscription which automatically renews every year and I am totally satisfied with what I get for my subscription. I especially like the attached ICD 10 codes that I’m able use. Over the years I’ve had no real significant problems with the app or the company. I recommend it without reservation.
