When my usb is plugged into my pc and i am connected to the pc wifi, it won’t work. please help. the program is amazing though

Nice addition. Easy to install and works great as a PC cam. Would have given five starts but experienced initial incompatibility with my PC. Reinstalled in “compatibility mode” and working well.
Too unreliable for practical use

I downloaded the free version first to confirm it worked with zoom and webex. It didn’t at first, but after a reboot it seemed workable, so I paid my 8 bucks. Bad idea. This is sold as a dead-simple solution, but it’s completely unreliable. For example, I can get it to connect ONLY once to zoom. If you do anything on the host system, such as shutting off the video feed and then turning it back on, the phone app just spins forever with a “connecting” message. You have to restart everything to restore the connection, which isn’t practical. I’ve tested both WiFi and USB. This is a great idea poorly executed.
Doesn’t work

I was really excited about the idea behind this app, because I’m stuck using a 12 year old webcam and can’t buy a new one because they are backordered everywhere. This app just doesn’t work for me. Or, rather, I think the app is fine but the macOS drivers don’t work. I tried everything, but their FAQ is a mess, broken links, etc. A real lack of troubleshooting steps. Maybe others will have more luck than I did.
Stick with the free version

Don’t do my mistake and just stick with the free version. No difference in 1080p between the free and paid. Disappointed
